Richard Smith BA, Grad dip. Soc. Sci. (Drug Dependence) - Program Director. Richard is the founder of the Raymond Hader Clinic and specialises in addictive behaviour and affective change. He also has 23 years experience in counselling alcohol & drug related problems especially in illicit drug use, working with families and the significant others of drug users and drinkers. Richard brings with him 17 years of personal drug use experience which has proved to be invaluable in working with drug dependent clients. Richard's expertise is often called upon in many areas across Australia, from giving evidence in Court to being a regular guest on Network 10's 9am Show with Dave and Kim. Richard is also frequently interviewed by the media for his comments on today's drug and alcohol issues in our community.

The Doctors
All the doctors in our program are well established general practitioners with many years of medical practice experience and have satisfied the training requirements of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners for vocational registration.

The Staff
All staff are fully trained in drug & alcohol issues and are experienced in supporting individuals through all aspects of their recovery.
